However, in furtherance of quality assurance, Spring Hill Properties, LLC includes three (3) scheduled warranty service and maintenance visits to your home: at 30 days, 120 days and 1 year from closing, our staff will come knocking on your door to make certain that everything is in order and to assure your complete comfort and satisfaction with your new home.
